After being a customer for YEARS, never needing their service, i found that they said i was out of room, and solicited me for a more extensive plan, which took out the unlimited storage.Even still they did not back up certain files.

I called and opened several tickets to customer service and on the UNLIMITED plan actual files not saved, and then to actually try and restore an important file, tried for weeks successfully and had to hire IT professionals and still they could not get the carbonize file in tact to restore.But even learning that hard lesson, they kept my money for a 2 year plan that they are not even having me as a customer, what a rip off!
